Backtest setting question for competition

Hey there, I am a participant of the Algo Trading Challenge 2023/24 (Global). 
Just want to clarify whether there is trading fee including in the competition?

For backtest, it is feasible for your to try different transaction cost value to validate the profitability of a trading strategy. 
After your submission, the script will be evaluated separately, and there will be 0.2% transaction costs applied to all teams to determine the winner.
