Our community partner, an online FX trading company is seeking an experienced eFX Institutional Sales professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of its cutting-edge eFX trading platform and solutions among its top-tier bank and hedge fund clients. The work location for this role will be mainly based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at major banks, hedge funds, and other institutional clients, understanding their trading needs and pain points of using traditional brokers.
• Provide strategic guidance and custom solutions to help clients leverage our eFX platform to optimize their foreign exchange trading and risk management.
• Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to communicate client feedback and requirements, ensuring our eFX offering remains industry-leading.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch our eFX solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our advanced trading capabilities.
• Coordinate with the sales, trading, and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our eFX clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and adjust our eFX value proposition accordingly.
• Contribute to the development of the overall eFX sales strategy and participate in the formulation of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in eFX or electronic trading sales, preferably within an online trading platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of the foreign exchange market, trading dynamics, and the technological landscape of electronic trading platforms.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives at major banks, hedge funds, and other institutional clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate the value of our eFX solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and trading.
• Mainly based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo
