Our community partner, an online trading platform is seeking an experienced eFX/CFD Institutional Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and client adoption of our cutting-edge trading solutions among retail brokers, high-net-worth individuals, money managers, and professional traders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail brokerages, wealth management firms, and professional trading groups, understanding their unique trading needs and pain points.
- Provide strategic guidance and custom solutions to help clients leverage our eFX and CFD platforms to enhance their trading capabilities, optimize risk management, and improve overall investment performance.
- Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to communicate client feedback and requirements, ensuring our trading solutions remain industry-leading.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch our eFX/CFD offerings to prospective clients, showcasing the advanced features and benefits of our trading platform.
- Coordinate with the sales, trading, and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and adjust our value proposition accordingly.
- Contribute to the development of the overall eFX/CFD sales strategy and participate in the formulation of pricing, packaging, and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in eFX, CFD, or electronic trading sales, with a strong focus on serving retail brokers, HNWIs, money managers, and professional traders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the foreign exchange, CFD, and broader derivatives markets, including trading dynamics, execution models, and the technological landscape of online trading platforms.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives at retail brokerages, wealth management firms, and professional trading groups.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate the value of our eFX/CFD solutions to diverse client segments.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and tailor customized trading solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and trading.
