Many important financial news and policies are announced in front of media, before published on media and news articles. But for investors, it highly relies on news reporters to summarize and tweet it in an accurate and timely manner.

Therefore, this API is developed specifically for real-time sentiment analysis for White House live speech.

When there is a live speech, calling this API will analyze the most recent 30-second speech. Then, to transcript the speech data into text, as well as to generate a sentimenet array which contains probability of 'positive','neutral','negative'.
