We welcome traders from around the world. We don't have restriction on your age, education background, or nationality. This challenge focuses on algorithmic trading, participants having a basic understanding of trading and Python programming will have advantage to succeed.

To receive your entitled reward, you need to firstly register your bank account via our payment agent Stripe as follows.

• Login the platform, go to [Settings] > [Add New Payment Methods], then click [Stripe]
• Fill in all the required information
• Stripe will verify your provided bank account, mobile and email
• After verification, ALGOGENE is then authorized to transfer any entitled fee to your provided bank account in the future

Participants will have access to a 4-month free usage of research datasets, analytical tools, and educational materials to enhance their trading strategies.

Participants can also join our events including seminars, webinars, networkings, workshops, to meet a community of like-minded traders to share insights and strategies.

After enrollment, participants will receive email about their login access to our system.

In the first month, you will focus on develop, backtest and optimize your trading strategies. Once you get a satifactory result, you can deploy it to a live-test environment for evaluation.

During the next 3-month, your code will be freezed and you won't be able to revise anymore. Success is measured based on the performance criteria you chose for entering the Challenge.

After the 3-month of live testing, you will receive a confirmation email about your evaluation result.

A certificate will only be issued as long as you successfully pass the evaluation. The certificate will be co-issued with other professional entities in the financial industry, which can enhance your credentials and career opportunities.

Yes, you are welcome to participate in multiple challenges! When enrolling, please use a different email address for each registration. You will receive separate login accounts to access our system, and each evaluation will be conducted independently across different accounts.

Yes, you are welcome to enroll in the challenge again! You can use your previously registered email to participate with your modified strategy.

In quantitative trading, it's essential to minimize human involvement to ensure the consistency of your trading strategy. A well-designed strategy should incorporate proper risk control and the ability to self-update model parameters as needed to adapt to changing market conditions. This approach helps us accurately evaluate the effectiveness of your strategy over the testing period.

The fee covers various costs related to development, operations, licenses, and the resources provided to participants. The amount varies based on the selected challenge, reflecting the investment objectives and target amounts. By paying the fee, you gain access not only to the challenge itself but also to our exclusive resources designed to enhance your learning experience.

Our team will review your results and trading conditions to identify the most suitable broker/exchange for executing your strategy. We will then set up a real trading account and arrange the investment capital. It normally takes 2 to 4 weeks for the setup. Once everything is in place, we will contact you to begin real trading, and you will have access to monitor the live results of your trading account.
